Training for Half Marathons

What does it take to run a half marathon?  Training for Half Marathons is something within reach for more runners.  You still need a healthy body and sound training program to help you build the miles.  Here are some widely used programs: 

Chicago Area Runners Assocation - An excellent Chicago program is the Chicago Area Runners Association Marathon Training Program (CARA.) The Miles for Magic team has partnered with CARA to offer this world class half marathon program to its runners at varying support levels to assist with training for half marathons.
